Registration Guidelines

 

Ways to Pay:

• An online registration facility is available.
• Post/Courier: Please post the registration form and demand Draft in Favor of the AOI TS Southcon to the conference secretariat. Please send scanned AWB by e-mail in case of courier or receipt in case of speed post.
• Credit /Debit card surcharge will be applicable.

Terms and Conditions:

• The conference is on 18th – 20th October 2024
• Accompanying person and children will not be allowed to attend the scientific sessions.
• PG Students should submit a bonafide letter from the Head of the Department.
• Registration cannot be transferred.
• Airport Transfers cost is not included in the registration amount.
• Organizers will not be responsible for any mailers or information delivery failure in case the registration form is not filled.

Delegate:

• Admission to Scientific Sessions and Exhibition
• Refreshments During Breaks
• Lunches
• Registration Materials and Kit

Accompanying person:

• Refreshments During Break
• Lunch

Cancellation And Refund Policy:

• 75% Registration amount will be Refunded Before July 14^th 2024.
• 50%  Registration amount will be Refunded From July 15^th July – 15^th September 2024
• No Refund will be given for cancellation requests received after 15^th September 2024.
• All cancellation requests must be sent to the conference secretariat in writing by email only.
• Cancellation requests for any paid registration MUST BE received by the Conference Secretariat through email to be entitled to a refund.
• Refunds, if any will be processed post-conference within 30 days.
• A similar mode of transfer will be adopted for a refund as the fund has been received. NO CASH refund policy.

 

Payment Mode:

• An online payment facility is available. The same can be accessed by online registration.
• Offline Payment: Delegates who wish to pay by Cheque /DD may draw the same in Favor of the AOI TS Southcon payable at Hyderabad and send it along with a duly filled registration form to the Conference Secretariat.
• Online payment 
• Google Pay/ Phone Pay payments are accepted.
• If payment is made via Credit card/ Debit card 4% Convenience Fee is applicable.
